We aim to ship all orders as on the same or following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm may be shipped on the following business day. For metropolitan regions, shipping can take 2-5 business days and regional cities can expect a shipping timeframe of 3-8 business days. Longer delays can be expected for Western Australia and Northern Territory. All orders will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of their parcel with Australia Post or Couriers Please.

For international deliveries, the following flat rates apply:

- Asia, Europe, UK, USA & Canada $20
- All other regions $30
The expected timeframe of international delivery is between 4-12 business days.

Siren Shoes are crafted from premium leathers and quality materials. In order to keep them looking their best, please follow the directions below.
- Protect your shoes by using a waterproof spray prior to your first wear
- Always store your shoes in a cool, dry place
- Rotate the wear of your shoes to allow for evaporation of moisture
- For leather styles, regularly apply a leather moisturising cream to keep the fabric soft and supple
- Use a quality leather polish to keep the leather clean
- For suede styles, apply a shampoo to keep your shoes clean. Regularly a brushing with a suede brush will maintain the lustre and nap of the suede.
- All heeled shoes come with a replacement pair of heel tips. For best results, please have your heel tips replaced by a professional shoe repairer.
- For shoes which are embellished or trimmed, please take extra care to avoid abrasion while wearing.
- Should your shoes become wet, allow them to dry naturally in a well ventilated space. Never apply heat to dry shoes.
Finally, leather is a natural material so it is expected that the colour and texture may change over time.
