Due to recent changes to U.S. import rules, all parcels sent from Australia are now subject to new tariffs and processing requirements. As Australia Post has temporarily paused parcel deliveries to the United States while these changes are being clarified, we are currently unable to ship orders to U.S. addresses. We hope this is only a short-term disruption and appreciate your understanding while we work towards a solution.

We aim to ship all orders as on the same or following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. Orders placed after 12pm may be shipped on the following business day. For metropolitan regions, shipping can take 2-5 business days and regional cities can expect a shipping timeframe of 3-8 business days. Longer delays can be expected for Western Australia and Northern Territory. All orders will receive a tracking number to follow the progress of their parcel with Australia Post or Couriers Please.
INTERNATIONAL
For international deliveries, the following flat rates apply:
- New Zealand $10
- Asia, Europe, UK, USA & Canada $20
- All other regions $30
The expected timeframe of international delivery is between 4-12 business days.
International customers please note: The responsibility for any customs duties and taxes will rest with the customer. You will be notified by your local customs authority when your order has reached your country and this will need to be paid before you receive your goods.
